Paul has extensive experience in the hospitality sector in senior management positions. His career includes both front and back of house roles across the full spectrum of the industry in hotels, restaurants, banqueting and external catering.
Prior to setting up Art of Entertaining, an event organisation, private catering and menu design business, Paul worked for several household names in senior catering roles. These include The Royal Commonwealth Society, Kennedy Brooks, Lucy Clayton, Premier Oil & Sony Music Entertainment UK

The creation of The Art of Entertaining in 1988 was a culmination of many years providing management and catering services in a variety and very diverse number of establishments. Our Catering Services and Cookery Days are designed individually giving that special touch to an occasion
RCS Wine Club
The RCS Wine Club founded in 1972 meets at least 4 times a year to Taste Wine and learn about Wines of the World in a mildly academic and social atmosphere. Tutored Tastings inclusive of a Supper is regular format for tasting. They also host a formal Annual Dinner
We host occasional Supper Clubs where friends and colleagues enjoy a mid-week supper with a glass or two of wine. Sometimes our evenings are purely social other times networking and business transactions are performed all in an ambient environment of camaraderie with Good Fare

This service began in Autumn 2013 when Paul and Ben worked together to build a new service for local businesses in South West London offering both Social Media Management and Web Design/Development.
We can offer a full service remote or onsite service encompassing administration, book keeping, accounting, credit control. As well as a Full Management Accounting facility, possible with support from a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 40 years’ experience.
This creates a dynamic team for businesses – with full support and accountability.
